Hmm… where do I begin?

Priyapettath was born from an immense love for sarees that has been a part of me for as long as I can remember.

I’ve always wanted to create something of my own. I thought about it many times over the years, but somehow, it never worked out. I almost left the idea behind, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that this was the path I was meant to follow.

And towards the end of 2025, Priyapettath took its first little step.

My love for sarees was never limited to wearing them. I’m still learning, discovering and honestly loving every bit of this journey with Priyapettath.

Maybe I love sarees so deeply because I feel like my best self in them. It feels like unlocking another part of my personality.
It’s really fascinating that a single piece of clothing can let you be so many different versions of yourself.

If there is one thing that defines me, it is probably how picky I am.
Ever since I was a child, I wanted the exact thing I had in mind. “Close enough” was never enough. Looking back, that pickiness, which used to feel like a flaw, has now become the heart of this brand.

When I choose sarees, my own taste naturally leads the way. I pick the sarees that I would genuinely love to wear, And I wish to bring together women who have the same admiration and appreciation for sarees as I do.

At the same time, I make room for different tastes too. I believe that is how Priyapettath grows, while still staying true to where it began

I want Priyapettath to feel like a cosy place for saree lovers. I want you to come here and feel the same excitement I feel when I find a saree that I absolutely love.
